Application Process

Four positions are available each year in Temple’s Sleep Medicine Fellowship Program, making it one of the largest programs of its kind in the nation. Interested physicians must apply through the Electronic Residency Application Program (ERAS) in July. To apply, visit the ERAS website.

Eligible applications will be considered based on their preparedness, ability, aptitude, academic credentials, communication skills and personal qualities such as motivation and integrity. Applicants being considered for an appointment will be invited to visit Temple in August or September for an interview, in-depth program overview and meetings with current fellows and faculty. Invitations, interview confirmations and other correspondence will be sent via email.

Each year, Temple receives about 60—75 applications for the four fellowship positions. Approximately two-thirds of candidates are invited to Temple for interviews.
