About Our Neighborhoods:

Chestnut Hill Clinic

Located in a charming neighborhood in northwest Philadelphia, Chestnut Hill Family Practice offers residents a community-based program within an urban environment.  Referred to as Philadelphia's "Garden District," Chestnut Hill is renowned for its unique blend of historical charm, architectural significance, and natural beauty.  Located at the top "of the hill", Chestnut Hill Hospital is nestled within a vibrant community of beautiful green spaces, public parks, a beloved Philadelphia Museum, and a world-renowned arboretum.  

In the very heart of Chestnut Hill, you will find Germantown Avenue, a cobblestone street lined with boutique shops, cafés, art galleries, and historic architecture.  Annual events are hosted along the avenue, including the Chestnut Hill Garden Festival, Fall for the Arts Festival, and the Chestnut Hill Holiday Stroll.  Chestnut Hill has a reputation for strong community engagement, something our program takes great pride in fostering. 

Manayunk

Our Manayunk primary care setting offers an urban location with the feel of a small town.  Manayunk is a vibrant and diverse neighborhood with a mix of long-time residents, young families, and professionals. Time-honored brick rowhouses, loft apartments with riverside views, and newly constructed townhomes can be found along the river and on the hillside streets.  Main Street offers historic appeal, modern restaurants, local pubs and activities that bring community members and visitors together.  Annual events showcase Manayunk’s art and food scene and seasonal greetings, like the Philly Freeze-Out and the Philadelphia Cycling Classic. The Manayunk Arts Festival is the tri-state’s largest outdoor juried arts festival, celebrating artists from all over the country.
