Social and Outreach

The goals of the Social & Outreach subcommittee are to enhance the experience of the Department of Surgery through initiatives in the medical school and North Philadelphia communities. Upcoming projects and activities include SNMA/LMSA local and national meeting participation, community outreach through the Fighting Chance program, and collaborations with the Office of Health Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (OHEDI) at LKSOM.
