“I chose Temple for my endocrinology fellowship because of the extraordinary commitment of the faculty to both education and mentorship. From the very beginning, it was clear that this program prioritizes cultivating a supportive, enriching learning environment where fellows are consistently challenged to grow and thrive. The breadth of opportunities to learn—whether through weekly journal clubs, comprehensive core curriculum lectures, or hands-on experience in our clinics and consult services—has been invaluable. Caring for such a diverse patient population has not only deepened my clinical knowledge but also exposed me to a wide range of pathologies, including rare and complex conditions.  I also feel lucky that I get to train with my awesome co-fellows who I enjoy working with every day!”

"I chose Temple for my endocrinology fellowship because I was looking for a strong clinical and academic program with a supportive and collaborative environment. The faculty are dedicated teachers who encourage independent thinking and are always available to guide and support the fellows. There is a great mix of inpatient and outpatient training, and the variety of complex and interesting cases offers valuable learning opportunities. The conferences are well-structured and promote a sense of community among fellows and faculty. I feel lucky to be part of a program that values education, mentorship, and high-quality patient care, and I’m confident it will prepare me well for a successful career in endocrinology."

“The reason why I chose Temple for fellowship training is because I knew that at Temple I would be working at one of the best and busiest hospitals in the country. The pathology I have seen at Temple is truly unmatched, and the faculty are extremely supportive in helping you achieve your goals. From my first day here, I was challenged to think critically about my patients and ways to improve my practice. With the combination of the excellent training from our faculty who are leaders in the field, and the unique pathology we see helping the underserved population of North Philadelphia, I am confident my training will help me reach my true potential as an endocrinologist.

"I wanted to be part of a large university program with a diverse population that provided fellows with good exposure to clinical pathology. Being in a city, I was confident that I would have that exposure at Temple. Not only that, but I was also drawn towards the balance between various clinical duties and opportunities for research. Every attending I’ve worked with so far have been genuinely invested towards education, and the sense of camaraderie among peers and faculty has only reinforced my decision in choosing Temple!"
