ID - Stipend ScaleNew for 2022, Temple University Hospital is now proud to offer all house staff a 100% paid (including benefits) six-week parental leave of absence for all new parents, including birthing and non-birthing parents, adoptive/foster parents and surrogates. This leave is independent of accrued benefit time.
