Admissions
The Admissions Committee will complete a holistic review of each applicant to the program, including the application, personal statement, complete academic history, standardized test exams, reference letters, and resume/CV. Additional consideration will be given for healthcare experiences, community service activities, evidence of intellectual curiosity, educational/environmental disadvantaged status, groups underrepresented in medicine, and those who have demonstrated exceptional service through the military, Peace Corps, Teach for America, and AmeriCorps.
An in-person interview (by invitation only), serves as a candidate’s medical school interview and is required to be considered for admission into the Postbaccalaureate Program. Offers of admission to the Postbaccalaureate Premedical Program include a conditional acceptance to Temple University School of Medicine. Requirements are detailed in the offer of acceptance.
