Financial Aid

The Office of Student Financial Services is committed to helping prospective and current students meet the costs of a quality education at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University. The office provides timely, accurate financial assistance in compliance with federal and state regulations and University policies.

Through financial aid counseling, students can receive information and guidance related to:

Learn about Federal Direct Unsubsidized Loans available to eligible graduate and professional students, including information about eligibility, borrowing limits, interest rates and loan requirements.

Federal Direct Graduate PLUS Loans
Beginning with the 2026–27 academic year, new borrowers are no longer eligible for Federal Direct Graduate PLUS Loans. Certain current borrowers may remain eligible under legacy borrower provisions.

Loans for Disadvantaged Students (LDS)
