Thank you for your interest in Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program at Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University.

Each year, the program has 7 total positions offered, 6 categorical and 1 preliminary. To apply for the OBGYN residency at Temple University Hospital, you must apply through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Temple University Hospital participates in the National Residency Matching Program (NRMP). Please go to either of the following websites:

All applications through ERAS must include:

• Completed online application
• Current Curriculum Vitae
• Personal Statement 
• Three current letters of recommendation
• Dean's Letter
• Official transcripts for all applicable examinations (USMLE or COMLEX)

Interview and Selection Procedure

If you are selected for an invitation to interview, you will be contacted via the email address you supplied through ERAS. All interviews will be held virtually for the 2023-2024 cycle. 

The decision for interviews and selection of candidates is based solely on academic qualifications without regard to age, sex, race, religion, national origin, physical handicap, marital status, or sexual preference.
