Our rotations are designed to give our residents the opportunity to learn from a wide range of patients across the Philadelphia area in various clinical settings. Our residents have the opportunity to directly manage an array of clinical pathologies granting them the tools needed to successfully practice in any setting and location after residency.

Primary Care at Manayunk and Wyncote Offices

Our residents provide care at two outpatient office sites, which have received NCQA recognition as Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Homes. Our primary office site is in Manayunk (a Philadelphia neighborhood), where residents will build their panel of continuity patients. Our residents also have the opportunity to learn at our additional primary care site in Wyncote, which adds to the diversity of their educational experience.

Chestnut Hill Hospital 

Chestnut Hill Hospital is a fully accredited, 148-bed community teaching hospital serving northwest Philadelphia and the adjacent suburbs of eastern Montgomery County. Temple University Hospital Northwest Community Family Medicine Residency Program thrives in this academic environment composed of more than 300 medical and dental professionals representing every major specialty and subspecialty. More than 30 practicing family physicians are on staff at the hospital.

St. Christopher's Hospital For Children

St. Christopher's Hospital for Children was founded in 1875 when it opened as a one- room dispensary for the mill workers' children of the Kensington area of Philadelphia. Today, St. Christopher's is a 189-bed hospital providing cutting-edge medical services to children across the Greater Philadelphia area and has been at the forefront of many areas of pediatric medicine.

The Coatesville Veterans Affairs Medical Center

The Coatesville Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center is one of 152 VA medical centers nationwide. The medical center and its outpatient clinics comprise an integrated healthcare system dedicated to providing Veterans with healthcare that improves their health and well-being.
 
Healthcare offered is personalized, proactive, and patient-driven and encompasses mental health care, primary care, preventive care, geriatrics and extended care, specialty and women's health care, pharmacy, and social work services, and more for inpatients, residential patients, and outpatients.
 

Drexel University Student Health

The Drexel Student Health Center (DSHC) is staffed with faculty physicians and nurse practitioners from the Drexel University College of Medicine Department of Family and Community Medicine. The Drexel Student Health Center provides a range of health services in a confidential environment.
