Application Info

The Temple University Hospital Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Resident Training Program requires a completed application and an interview prior to the MATCH.

The following materials are needed prior to interview arrangements:

• Complete the ERAS application
• Resumé or curriculum vitae
• Personal statement concerning Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
• FLEX/USMLE/COMLEX certificates (Steps 1 and 2)
• ECFMG certificate with ‘valid indefinitely’ sticker, if applicable
• Three letters of recommendation (one from a physiatrist) from USA sources
• Have your medical/osteopathic school forward (graduation date 1999+):
  • School transcript.
  • Dean's letter

Have letters of recommendation addressed to the attention of:
