Education is a core part of LIDS. We create learning opportunities that build research and data skills for students and trainees at different stages. One example is the Summer Research Institute for rising second-year medical students at Katz. We help students and faculty get started, provide education and support throughout the program, and work with departments across clinical and basic science fields to improve the experience each year.
