Application Deadlines: 

Applications are accepted for Fall and Spring terms during the following timeframes:  

• Fall: February 1- August 1.
• Spring: August 10-January 1

After you submit your application with your demographic information, you will receive a checklist of supplemental materials that will include the following:  

• Official transcripts: Submit transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended with graduation from a Physician Assistant Program.  Electronic transcripts are preferred and can be sent to the attention of Christine Mount.  
• Letters of recommendation – 2 letters of recommendation 
• One from a professor who is able to comment on your ability to complete a doctoral degree 
• One from a clinical supervisor.  
• Statement of interest in pursuing a doctoral degree with a statement of goals.
