Temple University’s Health Careers Exploration Day is your chance to experience it all—up close, hands-on, and inspiring.
Designed specifically for high schoolers and middle schoolers in the Philadelphia area, this one-day event brings you face-to-face with real professionals across the health care spectrum. From performing a mock surgery to taking vital signs, you’ll rotate through interactive workshops led by Temple students and faculty in fields like medicine, nursing, pharmacy, podiatry, physical therapy, physician assistant, dentistry, public health, athletic training, social work, biomedical research, and more.
We want students to walk away seeing themselves as future doctors, nurses, researchers, and healthcare leaders. By providing early exposure and hands-on learning, we aim to inspire the next generation of diverse professionals who will serve and uplift their Philadelphia communities.
