Community Health Fair
TEAC hosts a community health fair in the North Philadelphia area to establish relationships with residents and improve health literacy. Multiple booths covering education and outreach were present (including Naloxone distribution, nutrition education, vision and hearing screenings, educational games, CPR education, women’s health information, and many more). Local organizations and LKSOM organizations were involved in running booths based on need demonstrated in the community.
