Fellowship Program

Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University and Temple University Hospital (TUH) have been providing medical education since the early 1900s. The current 26-acre Health Sciences Center provides primary care to approximately 250,000 ambulatory patients and hospital care to over 20,000 patients annually.

TUH is a 721-bed teaching hospital with the busiest emergency room in the City of Philadelphia. Therefore, trainees are exposed to a broad range of medical conditions and treatments.

As one of 11 subspecialties within the Department of Medicine, Temple Nephrology offers a comprehensive 2-year training program that provides a well-rounded experience and in-depth education in nephrology, hypertension, and kidney transplantation.
