Should there be a need and a strong fit, a Temple physician/faculty recruiter will reach out to schedule a conversation focused on your clinical/research scope, academic interests, timing, and practice preferences.

- Department Review
Your materials are reviewed by departmental and clinical leadership. If your experience aligns with current programmatic needs, we will coordinate interviews (in-person or virtual) with key faculty members.
- What You Can Expect: Collaborative review by Temple leaders and timely updates from your recruiter.
- What You Can Do: Confirm availability for interviews and explore Temple’s programs, mission, and vision.
- Virtual Interviews
Virtual interviews provide an opportunity for you to meet with division and department leaders to learn more about the role and the Temple community.

- On-Site Visit
Candidates advancing in the process are invited to campus for an immersive visit. Here, you can see our facilities firsthand and meet the team you may soon join.
- What You Can Expect: Meetings with the Department Chair, faculty, and administrative partners. A tour of clinical spaces and the Temple Health campus. Additional time to explore the culture, teamwork, and environment.

- Post-Visit Review
After your visit, leadership teams meet to discuss feedback and next steps. Your recruiter will remain in close communication throughout this stage.

- Offer Extension
Candidates selected to move forward will receive a formal offer.

- Preparing for Your First Day
As your start date approaches, our onboarding specialists will remain in close communication to ensure all requirements are met and you are fully prepared for your first day.
