Benefits and Support

Supporting You at Every Stage of the Recruitment Journey

The Office of Physician/Faculty Recruitment and Retention serves as a strategic partner throughout the full recruitment and employment lifecycle, providing hands-on support that extends well beyond the offer letter. From initial conversations through long-term success, we are committed to delivering a seamless, positive experience for candidates, new hires, and hiring departments.

We guide candidates through each step of the interview process, coordinating logistics, facilitating communication, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. Once an offer is extended, we provide comprehensive support throughout the offer and contracting process, helping navigate timelines and next steps with clarity and care.

Our partnership continues after acceptance. Our office’s onboarding program is well-known for being structured, comprehensive, and anything but “HR limbo.” We tailor the experience to each new hire, helping with everything from major requirements to the small details that make your entire process feel seamless. Our team is with you every step of the way to ensure a smooth and confident start!

Additionally, we work closely with internal stakeholders to support credentialing and transition planning—ensuring new faculty and physicians feel prepared, connected, and supported from day one. We also play an active role in integration by introducing new hires to key resources, colleagues, and institutional culture to foster early engagement and long-term retention.

Beyond onboarding, our office remains an ongoing resource throughout a faculty member’s career. We support faculty development initiatives, career advancement planning, and retention efforts, collaborating across the organization to promote professional growth and sustained success.

At every stage, our approach is personalized, proactive, and relationship-driven. Successful recruitment doesn’t end at the start date—it evolves with every phase of a faculty member’s journey.
