About Me

Research Interests

My general research interest is gene therapy mediated by viral vectors including adeno-associated virus (AAV), adenovirus, lentivirus, etc. Currently, my research is focused on AAV gene therapy for Hemophilia A, which includes two aspects: 1) producing AAV vectors with high infectious titer and ease of scaling-up; 2) engineering Factor VIII with higher activity and longer half-life.
